Water conservation is a critical component of EBMUD’s water supply. While customer conservation combined with the 2009-2010 rain season improved our water supply, the District asks customers to use water wisely to keep reservoirs as full as possible and support the Governor’s request for conservation throughout California. Mulch will help your garden through the summer dry season. Get discount coupons on bag or bulk purchases of organic mulch at various locations throughout the Bay area.
