Turkey Hill Equestrian/Group Campground
The new Turkey Hill Equestrian/Group Campground serves both equestrians and organized youth groups. The camp is available by reservation to equestrians first and youth groups when not reserved by equestrians.

All sites have picnic tables, a fire ring/barbecue grill, a paddock for each horse, lantern stands, and close access to water. One of the single sites has accessible facilities including a transfer platform to assist in getting on and off horses.
The sites surround a group eating area with large barbecues, serving tables and picnic tables to seat 40 people, plus a group campfire ring with benches to act as an amphitheater and assembly area. These areas are wheelchair-accessible, and includes a regulation horseshoe pit. Equestrian and youth groups will not use the camp at the same time. Reservations can be made by calling the South Shore Park Office of the Camanche Recreation Company at (209) 763-5178, weekdays from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
