Water Broom Rebate

Water Broom Rebate
Water Brooms Can Reduce Water Use

Commercial customers who use water to clean surfaces can see significant water savings when they use a water broom. This hose-end attachment looks like a push broom, but uses a combination of air and water pressure to aid cleaning. Water brooms can use as little as 2.8 gallons per minute (gpm) to remove dirt, food spills, leaves, and litter from concrete and asphalt while a standard hose typically uses 5 to 20 gpm. The water broom also reduces the time it takes to clean these surfaces.

EBMUD offers rebates of up to $150 on water brooms. Offer ends June 30, 2012, or when rebate funds are expended.
