Qualified High-Efficiency Toilet Models

EBMUD offers rebates for WaterSmart high-efficiency toilets that have been independently tested for flush performance and water savings reliability. Only models available in stores in our service area and those tested under the Uniform North American Requirements (UNAR), rated at 350 grams per flush or higher, are rebated.
